2. All data is collected by lawful and fair means and with the knowledge and consent of customers. Data is gathered solely through customers’ voluntary input online or over the phone. Emarco assures users that confidentiality of customers’ data is maintained and protected.
3. The Customer is aware that in the event that sufficient personal information is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to Emarco then his/her application for registration to Emarco Online Store may not be accepted.

   3. Act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Emarco, the Emarco internet site or the public.
